How does per-site pricing work?
Each website you run on StratoCMS is billed as a separate subscription. If you have two sites, you pay for two plans — you can mix Basic and Pro across different sites as needed.
When does my billing cycle start?
Your billing cycle starts on the day you purchase. Monthly plans renew on that same date each month; yearly plans renew annually. You'll receive an invoice by email before each renewal.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your portal before the next billing date and you won't be charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period — no cancellation fees, no questions.
How does customization support work?
Available on Pro and Business plans. Buy hours from your portal and submit a request. You'll be matched with an available developer, work is logged in real time at $20/hr via Razorpay, and itemised on your invoice.
What is the Business plan?
Business is everything in Pro, with a dedicated account manager and all support handled via direct contact — no portal queues, no waiting. Pricing is custom based on your needs. Talk to us to get a quote.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Pro?
Yes. Upgrade any time from your portal and the Pro plan takes effect immediately, prorated for the remainder of your billing period.
